About SD MHP

SD MHP is a manufactured home community operator based in Cornelius, North Carolina.

We do things differently: we manage our communities, sell the homes in them, and handle setup ourselves. That vertically integrated model means one accountable team, lower costs, and a smoother path to owning a home.

What we care about

• Affordable living. Quality homes and lot rent that fit real budgets.
• Family-friendly communities. Well-kept, well-managed neighborhoods.
• Experienced team. People who know manufactured housing inside and out.
