Q: What areas do you have mobile homes located?
A: In North Carolina we have trailers available in the following cities Conover, Sawmills, Hickory, Lenoir, Denver, Statesville, Salisbury, Olin. In South Carolina we have trailer homes located in Chesterfield.
Q: How does the Rent to Own work?
A: With the Rent to Own option you must pay a down payment and then a monthly payment on terms. The price of the trailer will determine the down payment and terms. Once you have completed paying on the term of the lease, we will reach out to schedule a closing for ownership.
Q: Where can I find all of the trailers you have for sale?
A: For now, without a website, we just send them a link to our FB accounts.
Q: Do I need to move the mobile home?
A: No, it needs to stay on the property for at least 5 years.
Q: How do I get a payoff amount to pay the trailer off in one lump sum?
A: Submit a payoff request to property management and it will be reviewed and approved, or reviewed and denied
Q: How much is lot rent?
A: Lot rent is given depending on the park they are interested in.
